This policy applies to all USB eToken shipments for Digital Signature purchases.

Buyers within India

For our domestic buyers, all USB eTokens are shipped through registered domestic courier companies.

Shipment & Delivery Duration

Upon successful processing of your DSC application, your order (USB eToken) will be shipped within one working day. A courier tracking number will be provided to you via email.

International Buyers

For our international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies or International speed post. FedEX International Express will be used for buyers in USA, and Canada. DHL will be used for APAC Countries, the UK, and Europe

Delivery Address

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as provided on their Aadhaar card or other proof of address document.

**esign.org.in** is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the USB eToken to the courier company within 1 working day from the date of issuance of the Digital Signature Certificate.
