Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) purchases.


Digital Signature Purchase

Our refund policy for DSC applications is as follows:

  • Before Order Creation: 100% Refund
  • Before Order Approval: 100% Refund
  • In-sufficient Documentation: 100% Refund
  • Upon Order Approval: No Refund

Note: All refund requests must be submitted within the service validity period.

Refund Mode & Duration

Refunds are processed back to the customer via online mode (PayU). From the time a refund request is received, the amount is typically refunded within 7 to 10 working days. The exact duration depends on bank holidays and their schedule in processing the refund.

Validity Period of Service

For DSC purchases, applicants are eligible to utilize the service to apply for a Digital Signature from **esign.org.in** within 50 days after the date of payment. Within this service validity period, applicants are encouraged to upload the required documentation to begin processing of their Digital Signature application.
